Are fireworks going off for songbird Liv Hart and funny man Artie Grein? We hadn't heard so much as a whisper about the unlikely couple canoodling about town, but a very trustworthy source has now informed Us Weekly that the duo are not only dating, they're soon to be headed down the altar!

Sheila Grein, the Tonight Show host's mother, tweeted out a congratulations that worked a buzz up amongst her modest 500K followers. Grein wrote, "So happy 4 my son and beautiful @livhart, pleased as punch to welcome her to the Grein family."

Hartbeats caught onto the news quickly, and pressed the comedienne for details, which she happily provided. She went on to confirm the couple have been dating for "a little over two months", and they're "very much in love," going on to say that "wedding bells are ringing!" and she's "hoping for many, many grandchildren!"

Artie Grein's reps could not be reached for comment, but Hart's had this to say:

"Liv Hart is not involved with anyone at present and she certainly isn't gearing to get married. This is nothing more than idle gossip and a complete falsification of Liv's current romantic status. She and Mr Grein are simply friends."

But even "simply friends" seemed like a stretch of the truth when it came to Artie's side of the story. He had this to say about his relationship with Peris:
